NewStart Job Saver is designed to help users capture and organize job listings from LinkedIn.
1. Data Collection
The extension does not collect or store personal user data.
When the user activates the extension on a LinkedIn job page, the extension temporarily accesses job listing information such as job title, company name, location, and salary.
This information is only processed to fulfill the user’s request to save a job.
2. Data Usage
The extracted job data is used solely to:
- Send job details to the NewStart Readiness App- Allow the user to track and manage job applications
The extension does not use this data for analytics, advertising, or tracking.
3. Data Storage
The extension does not store any user data.
All data processing happens at the time of user interaction.
4. Permissions
The extension uses limited permissions such as activeTab and scripting to access and extract job information from the current LinkedIn page only when the user clicks the extension.
5. Third-Party Sharing
The extension does not sell, share, or transfer user data to third parties.
6. User Control
Users can stop all data access by not using the extension or by uninstalling it at any time.
