Fees paid for consultations are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your appointment or transfer the service to another member.

Yes, you can reschedule your appointment by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. There is no fee for rescheduling with sufficient notice.

You are allowed a grace period of 5 minutes for occasional late arrivals, typically not exceeding 10 times.  If you expects to arrive late, you should inform your career coach in advance when possible. (text.email,call). If you miss your session entirely due to a late arrival and the coach is unable to reschedule or extend the session, it may be considered a missed session.

More than 2 late arrivals may be subject to additional fees. 

Refunds are not granted for sessions missed due to late arrivals. However, you may discuss the possibility of rescheduling with your career coach.

Contact your career coach as early as possible to discuss rescheduling options. Additional fees may apply if you choose to reschedule due to a late arrival.

To avoid late arrivals, we recommend setting up reminders for your sessions and allocating sufficient time for preparation. It's important to adhere to the scheduled start time to make the most of your coaching experience.

If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, there is no cancellation fee. However, if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, 50% of the total amount reserved will be applied to your account.

If you do not attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice (a "no-show"), you will be charged the full amount without any refund.
